Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International orders outside of these regions are not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: $9 flat rate.
• Expedited Shipping (if available): $30 flat rate.
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable duties or taxes for Canadian orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. Delivery to Canada may take longer due to customs processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@byrazom.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
